The Dead Poet Society meets Princeton grad look (care of USC Alum pride).
The bomber jacket has become the 90’s denim jacket, as in, it is not going anywhere for the next decade. It wasn’t just a seasonal purchase last spring, its now become a staple, and so continues my collection of these Maverick jackets. This navy Rag & Bone one from Nordstrom is nothing less than perfection. Below in the “Shop The Look” I have also picked some of my other favorite bombers.
A navy bomber goes well with almost anything as does this grey, PE like, shirt. Wear the top with jeans, denim cutoffs, velvet pants, even a bikini or a skort (aka culotte). This grey top is everything!
And remember the skort?! Is it a skirt or shorts, its a skort? Yes, fashion is so much about bringing back trends and refining them, in this case, a well done job in the Rag & Bone culotte. I love how casual yet chic this khaki piece makes the whole look feel, perfect for staying campus or city cool.
